Provisional Certificates

PURPOSE:

The Board proposes a rule amendment to clarify a requirement that when the holder of a provisional certificate changes jobs, they must notify the board office.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule amendment updates and clarifies the rule to comply with statutory requirements regarding provisional certificates.
