	The Florida State College at Jacksonville (FSCJ) District Board of Trustees (DBOT) announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

Subject:	FSCJ DBOT Meetings, Executive Session and Center Tour: FINANCE & AUDIT COMMITTEE QUARTERLY MEETING: TIME: 10:45 – 11:45 a.m. PLACE: Room A-101E GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER(S) TO BE CONSIDERED: Financial matters of the College WORKSHOP: TIME: Noon – 1 p.m. PLACE: Room A-109 GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER(S) TO BE CONSIDERED: 1) Legislative Priorities (~ 30 minutes); Adjourn for Executive Session from 12:30 – 1 p.m. (~30 minutes) EXECUTIVE SESSION: TIME: 12:30 – 1 p.m. (~ 30 minutes) PLACE: Room A-109 GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER(S) TO BE CONSIDERED: Executive Session and Board discussion regarding the Faculty Collective Bargaining Agreement and related labor matters pursuant to Section 447.605, Florida Statutes. Pursuant to Section 447.605, Florida Statutes, the Executive Session is closed to the public and exempt from the provisions of Section 286.011, Florida Statutes. Documents prepared for the Executive Session pertaining to faculty collective bargaining are confidential and exempt from Section 119.07(1), Florida Statutes. Attendees: FSCJ DBOT Members; College President; Vice President of Finance and Administration; Chief Human Resource Officer; FSCJ Outside Attorney; and Florida Professional Reporter. REGULAR MEETING: TIME: 1 – 2:30 p.m. PLACE: Room A-109 GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER(S) TO BE CONSIDERED: Regular Meeting TOUR OF FSCJ CECIL CENTER: TIME: ~ 2:30 p.m., immediately following the DBOT Regular Meeting GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER(S) TO BE CONSIDERED: Tour of the College’s Cecil Center, to include the North and South Centers
