Direct-Support Organization Procedures And Conditions For Use of Division Property

PURPOSE:

The proposed rulemaking will create a framework for operating a Direct Support Organization to benefit Florida firefighters as required by Chapter 2023-144, Laws of Florida.

The rule will set forth practices and requirements for a Direct Support Organization to benefit Florida firefighters.
