	The St. Johns River Water Management District and Rice Creek Conservation Area Management Advisory Group announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Tuesday, December 5, 2023, 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.

PLACE:	St. Johns River Water Management District Headquarters, 4049 Reid Street, Palatka, FL 32177

Subject:	Public hearing to discuss and receive public comment on the St. Johns River Water Management District's (District) Ten-year Land Management Plan for the Rice Creek Conservation Area. Use contact information provided below to request a copy of the proposed Land Management Plan and/or a summary of the Land Management Plan. Comments may be presented orally or in writing at the hearing. Written comments may also be submitted via mail or electronic mail using the contact information provided below. Comments should be mailed to arrive at the District prior to the date of the public hearing.
