PURPOSE:

The rules pertain to the establishment of a Nonprofit Security Grant Program for disbursement of legislatively appropriated funds to certain nonprofit organizations across the state that are at a high risk for violent attacks or hate crimes. These funds will ensure increased safety and security for these nonprofit organizations in Florida.
