6A-25.021

Service Provider Registration and Quality Assurance Requirements

PURPOSE:

The purpose of this rule making is to increase monitoring, compliance assurances, and registration requirements with state Vocational Rehabilitation service providers and vendors. This rule would align with Federal requirements for the state monitoring and quality assurances requirements.

SUBJECT:

Registration requirements for service providers and vendors and defining quality assurance, proven functional systems, and due-diligence inquiry as defined in section 413.208, Florida Statutes (F.S.), Additionally, the rule will outline measures to ensure compliance with regards to suspending, terminating, or revocation for vendors and service providers.
