Subject:	The Violence Against Women Act, ServicesTraining Officers* Prosecutors (STOP) grant program requires the completion of a STOP Implementation Plan (IP) every four years. The Steering Committee members are representative of the agencies required by Federal Statute 28 C.F.R. § 90.12(b)(7) to participate in the planning process.
