	The Commission for Independent Education announces a rule hearing at State Board of Education announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	May 16, 2006, 8:30 a.m.

PLACE:	Hillsborough County School District Office, 901 East Kennedy Boulevard, Tampa, Florida.

Subject:	The State Board of Education will determine approval for the proposed amendment to the rule to clarify the composition of the reconsideration probable cause panel.
