	The Florida Department of Commerce (FloridaCommerce) announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

Subject:	The Florida Keys Evacuation Modeling Webinar is intended to inform local governments on updates to the Hurricane Evacuation Modeling and draft results. Hurricane evacuation modeling is based on population data from the U.S. Census and simulates how efficiently the current population can evacuate the area before a disaster event. The Florida Keys Hurricane Clearance Time Memorandum of Understanding, informed by hurricane evacuation modeling and 2010 census data, established 3,550 residential building permit allocations. Updated hurricane evacuation modeling and 2020 Census data will be incorporated in the new Hurricane Evacuation Clearance Time Memorandum of Understanding. An analysis of the updated hurricane evacuation modeling, along with public comment and local government input, will be used to make policy and rule recommendations to the Florida Governor, Cabinet, and Legislature.
