	The FSLSO Board of Governors Notice of Attorney-Client Session Pursuant to Section 286.011(8), Florida Statutes announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Tuesday, December 12, 2023, 2:00 p.m., EST

PLACE:	Virtual Format.

Subject:	Pursuant to Section 286.011(8), Florida Statutes, and as requested by legal counsel for the Florida Surplus Lines Service Office at the public meeting of its Board of Governors held on November 15, 2023, the Board of Governors of the Florida Surplus Lines Service Office will hold a litigation shade meeting which will be conducted virtually via Microsoft Teams on Tuesday, December 12, 2023, beginning at 2:00 p.m. or shortly thereafter. The closed attorney-client session is expected to last for one hour. The subject matter of the meeting will be confined to settlement negotiations or strategy sessions relating to litigation expenditures involving the litigation styled: Florida Surplus Lines Service Office, Inc. v. Kikoda, LLC, Case No. 2022 CA 1674, pending the Second Judicial Circuit in and for Leon County, Florida. Following commencement of an open meeting, the Board of Governors will move into a closed attorney-client session pursuant to Section 286.011(8), Florida Statutes. Only the following individuals may attend the closed attorney-client session: Board of Governors Members: Lorna Wirtz D. Conor O’Leary Michael J. Franzese Virginia Clancy Steven Clein Kathy Colangelo Steven Finver Liz Smith Tasha Carter Mark Shealy, Executive Director Karen Walker, Holland & Knight LLP, Legal Counsel to the FSLSO Court Reporter Following the conclusion of the closed attorney-client session, the Board of Governors will return to the open public meeting.
