The following have been proposed for election to serve as officers of the Corporation for the offices set forth opposite their names until the next annual meeting of the directors of the Corporation or until the election and qualification of their successors or until their earlier death, resignation, or removal: Jeremy Barr - Chairman and President Marc Goldstone - Secretary and Treasurer Don Sawyer - Vice President, Assistant Secretary, and Assistant Treasurer
