	The Florida Department of Commerce (FloridaCommerce) announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

Subject:	FloridaCommerce announces the 30-day public comment period for the State of Florida’s Digital Adoption and Use Plan (DAU). The public comment period will begin on Friday, December 8, 2023, and end on Sunday, January 7, 2024, at 11:59 p.m., Eastern Time. The Digital Adoption and Use Plan is available for review at FloridaJobs.Org/Broadband. Florida has developed its DAU Plan to apply for its portion of $2.75 billion in federal funding. This DAU Plan lays out the strategies to bring the skills, resources, and knowledge needed to all Floridians so they can benefit from a fully connected economy. The DAU Plan is comprised of the following components: an overarching vision and objectives for achieving digital adoption and use, the needs and gaps the state aims to address, existing assets and partnerships the state will harness to achieve its goals and a plan for implementation, including strategies and activities. Public comments on the Office of Broadband’s DAU Plan may be submitted to FloridaCommerce through Sunday, January 7, 2024, at 11:59 p.m., Eastern Time.
