PURPOSE:

The Board proposes the rule amendments to update the rules due to legislation passed in 2023 (Ch. 2023-250. Laws of Fla.) and to increase clarity of the rules.

SUMMARY:

Due to legislation passed in 2023, the rules will be updated.
