64B5-15.009	Fee for Reactivation of Inactive License
64B5-15.0121	Change of Status Processing Fee for Retired Status

PURPOSE:

The Board proposed rule amendment is being filed to reduce the fee for reactivation of inactive license and changing retired status of a dental hygiene license from $80 to $75.

SUMMARY:

To update the rule text to reduce the fee from $80 to $75.
