Competency and Knowledge Requirements Necessary to Qualify the LPN to Supervise in Nursing Home Facilities

PURPOSE:

The Board proposes the rule amendment for the purpose of removing unnecessary provisions or to update necessary provisions.

SUMMARY:

The rule amendment will delete an obsolete provision.
