	The Florida Department of Transportation, District 2 announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

Subject:	The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) District 2 invites you to the Hybrid Alternatives Public Meeting to discuss the proposed improvements to SR 16 from International Golf Parkway (IGP) to I-95, in St. Johns County. The purpose of the meeting is to give interested persons an opportunity to express their views concerning the location, conceptual design, and social, economic, and environmental effects of the proposed improvements. For your convenience, there are several options to participate in the public meeting including an in-person option, a virtual/online option, and a dial in option. All participants, regardless of the platform they choose, will receive the same information on the proposed project and all comments received in-person, virtually, or electronically will be given equal weight. While comments about the project are accepted at any time, please note that comments must be received by March 4, 2024, to be included in the formal meeting record. Public participation is solicited without regard to race, color, national origin, age, sex, religion, disability or family status. The environmental review, consultation, and other actions required by applicable federal environmental laws for this project are being, or have been, carried out by FDOT pursuant to 23 U.S.C. § 327 and a Memorandum of Understanding dated May 26, 2022, and executed by the Federal Highway Administration and FDOT.
