Staff Training Requirements and Competency Test

PURPOSE:

The Agency proposes to amend Rule 59A-36.011 to align with section 430.5025, FS (2023-278 L.O.F.) regarding training requirements for staff of assisted living facilities providing specialized Alzheimer's services.
