	The Florida Public Service Commission announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Prehearing - Tuesday, March 19, 2024, 1:30 p.m. (EST) Hearing - Tuesday, March 26, 2024, immediately following the 9:30 a.m. (EST)

PLACE:	Room 148, Betty Easley Conference Center, 4075 Esplanade Way, Tallahassee, Florida

Subject:	20240001-EI – Fuel and purchased power cost recovery clause with generating performance incentive factor. The purpose of this hearing is to determine the prudence and potential replacement power cost recovery associated with Florida Power and Light Company’s actions, or failures to act, resulting in unplanned nuclear power outages that occurred during 2020, 2021, and 2022. The purpose of this hearing is also to consider any motions or other matters that may be pending at the time of the hearing. The Commission may rule on any such motions from the bench or may take the matters under advisement. Interested persons may request to be listed as an interested person for these dockets, in which case they will receive notices and orders published and issued in these dockets.
