RULE:

5H-17.002	Definitions

PURPOSE:

The purpose of this rulemaking is to clarify “Fresh From Florida” Identifier eligibility and revise participant registration and guidelines. Forms referenced in rule have been updated and simplified.

SUBJECT:

The Florida Agricultural Promotional Campaign (FAPC) creates provisions for the agriculture industry to use “Fresh From Florida” brand identifiers on packaging and advertising to promote Florida-grown commodities. These rule-changes will establish that Florida milk producers, which meet the criteria set forth in 5H-17.003, may be eligible to use “Fresh From Florida” Identifier on product packaging.
