64I-2.002

Client Eligibility

PURPOSE:

The purpose of the rulemaking is to update rule language and incorporated forms to reflect statutory changes.  The effect of the changes will be to update the maximum income a client may have in order to be considered low-income from 200 percent to 300 percent of the federal poverty level.

SUBJECT:

Client eligibility for the Volunteer Health Care Provider Program.
