5O-1.002	Definitions (Repealed)
5O-1.003	Renewable Energy and Energy Efficient Technologies Grants Program (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The proposed rulemaking will repeal rules 5O-1.002 and 5O-1.003 to comply with HB1645, which was passed by the 2024 Legislature.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rulemaking will repeal the Definitions and Renewable Energy and Energy Efficient Technologies Grants Program rules, which are no longer necessary.
