RULE:

5O-2.001	Florida Renewable Energy Technologies Sales Tax Refund (Repealed)
5O-2.002	Florida Renewable Energy Technologies Investment Tax Credit (Repealed)
5O-2.003	Florida Renewable Energy Production Tax Credit (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The proposed rulemaking will repeal rules 5O-2.001, 5O-2.002, and 5O-2.003, which are outdated and no longer necessary.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rulemaking will repeal the Florida Renewable Energy Technologies Sales Tax Refund, the Florida Renewable Energy Technologies Investment Tax Credit, and the Florida Renewable Energy Production Tax Credit rules.
