5O-5.002

Statewide Renewable Energy Goals (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The proposed rulemaking will repeal rule 5O-5.002 in response to HB1645, which was passed by the 2024 Legislature.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rulemaking will repeal the Statewide Renewable Energy Goals rule, as it is no longer necessary.
