Overview



	The Florida Department of Transportation, District Seven announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	JUNE 13, 2024, at 4:30 p.m.

Subject:	The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), District Seven, invites you to attend and participate in a public meeting covering proposed median modifications on SR 60 from west of SR 39 to west of Clarence Gordon Jr. Road in Plant City, Hillsborough County, Florida. The public meeting will be held on June 13, 2024, at 4:30 p.m. As part of this repaving project on SR 60 from SR 39 to Clarence Gordon Jr. Road, FDOT is proposing two median opening closures to the east and one median opening closure to the west of SR 39. The closures would improve safety and bring the road up to current access design standards along the corridor. The repaving project will replace the existing asphalt road with concrete. Construction is anticipated to begin in early 2025. To allow for maximum participation, the public meeting will be held in two formats including online and at an in-person location. The information presented will be identical at both options. Attendees will be able to view the project presentation, speak to the project team, and provide comments.
