	The Bay County Governance Transit Committee announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Monday, June 3, 2024, 3:30 p.m.

PLACE:	Bayway Transit Office, 1010 Cone Ave, Panama City, FL 32401

Subject:	The Bay County Governance Transit Committee will hold a public meeting at 3:30 p.m., Monday, June 3, 2024, at the Bayway Transit Office, 1010 Cone Avenue, Panama City, Florida 32401. The Committee meeting will be held in person at the above location. However, for the convenience of our community members, the meeting can be accessed online via GoToMeeting, or by phone. All in-person participants are encouraged to follow CDC COVID-19 recommendations. Register to attend virtually by visiting: www.ecrc.org/VirtualPublicMeetings All comments submitted at least 24 hours before are guaranteed to be read during the public meeting. Comments submitted after the 24-hour deadline will be recorded and disseminated to the Board. Please email publicinvolvement@ecrc.org with additional questions or concerns. You can also have your comment read during the meeting by submitting it 24 hours before at www.ecrc.org/BayeComment. Participation is asked for without regard to race, color, national origin, age, sex, religion, disability, or family status. The Bay County Transportation Planning Organization is staffed by the Emerald Coast Regional Council, a regional entity providing professional technical assistance, planning, coordinating, and advisory services to local governments, state and federal agencies, and the public to preserve and enhance the quality of life in northwest Florida.
