Overview



	The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), Florida’s Turnpike Enterprise (Enterprise) announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Virtual/online and Phone-in: Tuesday, June 25, 2024 (Options 1 and 2), 5:30 p.m. In-Person: Thursday, June 27, 2024 (Option 3), 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

PLACE:	Option 1: Virtual/online via a computer, tablet, or smartphone Option 2: By telephone in listen-only mode Call 1-415-655-0052 and enter access code 986-650-274. Option 3: In-person at the Hilton Garden Inn Suncoast Parkway located at 2155 Northpointe Parkway, Lutz, FL 33558. If the in-person meeting cannot be held on June 27, 2024, due to severe weather or unforeseen conditions, it will be held on the alternate date of July 18, 2024, at the same time and place.

Subject:	Financial Project Identification Number: 448068-1 Efficient Transportation Decision Making Number: 14503 Project Description: Suncoast Parkway (SR 589) Widening Project Development and Environment (PD&E) Study from South of Van Dyke Road to SR 52 in Hillsborough and Pasco Counties, Florida. The proposed improvements include widening of Suncoast Parkway (SR 589), improvements to existing interchanges within the study limits, and one potential new interchange. This meeting will give interested persons an opportunity to review the project alternatives being considered, ask questions, and provide comments concerning the conceptual design and potential social, economic, and environmental effects of the proposed improvements. The Enterprise will provide several options as shown above to participate in this meeting. Information presented at all attendance options will be the same. Please note that registration works best in the Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Firefox web browser. Once registered, you will receive a confirmation email that includes instructions on how to join the virtual meeting online. Displays that illustrate the proposed improvements will be available at the meeting, along with informational videos. All meeting materials will be posted to the project website the day of the virtual meeting.
