RULE:

64B6-8.003

Trainee Stages, Minimum Training Requirements, and Training Programs

PURPOSE:

The proposed rule incorporates two updated Department of Health forms regarding Hearing Aid Specialists training program. There are also other minor changes within the forms.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule amendment updates and incorporates Hearing Aid Specialist Application for Examination, Form DH-MQA 1155 and Training Program Continuation Request, Form DH-MQA 1160 for licensures by examination.
