PURPOSE:

The Board proposes a rule amendment that updates and makes current Hearing Aid Specialist Application for Examination on Form DH-MQA 1155.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule amendment updates and incorporates the Hearing Aid Specialist Application for Examination on Form DH-MQA 1155 for licensures by examination.
