Subject:	Please join us for a special meeting of the Substance Use and Mental Health Advisory Council on Friday, June 28, 2024, from 12:00-1:00 PM ET (see meeting link below). This meeting will provide an opportunity for Council members to discuss and vote on issues affecting Council operation, such as membership, new member recruitment, and rules regarding quorum. The goal of the meeting is to address these issues ahead of the next quarterly meeting scheduled on July 18-19, 2024.
