	The Florida Higher Educational Facilities Financing Authority announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.

Subject:	For the purposes of Section 147(f) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the "Code"), notice is hereby given that the Higher Educational Facilities Financing Authority (the "Authority") will conduct a public hearing on June 25, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. EST, or as soon thereafter, at 542 East Park Avenue, Tallahassee, Florida, regarding the proposed issuance of one or more series of its qualified 501c(3) bonds for the benefit of Rollins College ("Rollins"). In accordance with the Internal Revenue Service Revenue Procedure 2022-20, this public hearing will also be accessible via telephone conference and Zoom. Interested persons are encouraged to attend the telephonically or via video conferencing using the following instructions: In order to call in to, listen and/or speak at the hearing – Please dial the following toll free number: (800) 719-7514 when prompted please use access code: 596984# or attend via Zoom at https://zoom.us/j/92223984308?pwd=UmI3V0loZ0tvd1pvc0Z6eUR6ZEREQT09, Meeting ID: 922 2398 4308, Passcode: 710871; The Authority will consider the authorization to issue its Higher Educational Facilities Revenue Bonds (Rollins College Project), Series 2024 (the "Bonds") on behalf of Rollins in an amount not to exceed $88,000,000 in one or more series pursuant to a plan of finance. The Bonds will be issued for the principal purpose of providing funds, together with other moneys, sufficient to finance (i) the construction and equipping of a new student housing facility and related infrastructure, and (ii) the construction of a tennis complex, all located on the main campus of Rollins at 100 Holt Avenue, Winter Park, Florida 32789 (collectively, the "Project"). A portion of the proceeds of the Bonds may be used to pay certain costs of issuance for the Bonds. Rollins, or an affiliate thereof, will be the owner of all the properties, facilities and projects described in this notice as being financed, refinanced or reimbursed by the Bonds. The Bonds shall be payable solely from amounts paid by Rollins pursuant to a Loan Agreement between the Authority and Rollins and pledged pursuant to a Bond Trust Indenture and other financing documents. Such Bonds and the interest thereon shall not constitute an indebtedness or pledge of the general credit of the Authority, Orange County, Florida, the State of Florida or any political subdivision or agency thereof. Issuance of the Bonds shall be subject to several conditions, including satisfactory documentation, the approval of Bond Counsel as to the tax-exempt status of the Bonds and receipt of necessary approvals for the financing. The aforementioned hearing shall be a public hearing and all persons who may be interested will be given an opportunity to be heard concerning the same. Submitted documents and materials will be included in the public record for the referenced hearing. The notice of public hearing is given pursuant to the Code. Prior to the issuance of the Series 2024 Bonds, the members of the Authority must approve the issuance thereof. Any person deciding to appeal any decision made by the Authority with respect to any matter considered at the above noticed meeting or hearing will require a record of the proceedings, and for such purposes may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
