Full Review of Project Proposals

PURPOSE:

The proposed rule amendment will update Rule 18-24.005, F.A.C., to establish a maximum tax assessed value for boundary additions to existing Florida Forever projects.

SUMMARY:

Rule 18-24.005 is being amended to address a maximum tax assessed value rather than a maximum acreage as the criteria in which boundary addition proposals can be added to an existing Florida Forever project.
