Electrical Contractors' Departmental Forms

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect is to amend the rule to update existing application form, DBPR ECLB 13- Application for Certification of Registered Electrical, Alarm or Specialty Contractor by Grandfathering.

SUMMARY:

Within the provided paragraph the Department proposes to amend Rule 61-35.012, F.A.C., to adopt the revised language.
