59G-4.252

Diabetic Supply Services

PURPOSE:

The purpose of new Rule 59G-4.252, is to incorporate by reference the Florida Medicaid Diabetic Supply Services Coverage Policy, _______, including the Florida Medicaid Preferred Product List (PPL).

SUMMARY:

: The rule will specify recipient eligibility, provider requirements, reimbursement information,
and establish Florida Medicaid policy relating to coverage of diabetic supply services, including continuous glucose monitors (CGM)s.
