	The Medicaid Pharmaceutical and Therapeutics Committee announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

Subject:	Recommendations for inclusion or exclusion to the preferred drug list are made at this meeting. Members for the public who wish to testify at this meeting must register online at: https://forms.office.com/g/b6B9ASWs5J The number of speakers is limited, and selection is made by a lottery system. All interested parties must submit details on their speaker to Prescribed Drug Services no later than November 21, 2024, 9: 00a.m, to be considered for selection by lottery.
