Exemption from Continuing Education Requirements

PURPOSE:

This new rule implements SB 382 (2024) concerning exemption from continuing education requirements for certain licensees.

SUMMARY:

This rule provides the procedures for the Department to determine and communicate exemption from continuing education requirements for eligible licensees.
