61N-1.013

Prescription Drugs; Receipt, Storage and Security

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of the proposed rule amendment is to clarify the storage requirements for an unused drug delivery vehicle.

SUBJECT:

This rule provides storage and security requirements for prescription drugs and medical oxygen, and the vehicles and establishments used in connection with same, provides the procedures for receiving and authenticating prescription drugs, and provides reporting requirements for lost or stolen prescription drugs.
