RULE:

69A-72.001

Florida Firefighter Direct Support Organization

PURPOSE:

The proposed rulemaking will create a procedure for the newly created direct-support organization to request use of the Department of Financial Services Division of State Fire Marshal’s property or facilities.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rulemaking will establish procedures for the direct-support organization to support the safety and training of firefighters and to recognize exemplary service.
