DBPR Departmental Forms

PURPOSE:

The proposed rulemaking seeks to amend Rule 61-35.029, F.A.C., to update and revise existing application forms DBPR MVL 003 and SCRA 1, to add newly created construction specialty license categories and to remove asbestos from insurance and bonding requirements as a result of recent legislation.

SUMMARY:

Within the provided paragraph the Department proposes to amend Rule 61-35.029 to adopt the revised language.
