Patron Dispute Process

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of Rule 75-15.002 is to establish a process for the Florida Gaming Control Commission to review appeals of patron disputes involving gaming in facilities operated by the Seminole Tribe of Florida and/or participating in sports betting through sports books conducted and operated by the Seminole Tribe of Florida.

SUBJECT:

The process for patrons gaming on the premises of facilities operated by the Seminole Tribe of Florida and/or sports betting through sports books conducted and operated by the Seminole Tribe of Florida to appeal a decision issued by the Seminole Tribal Gaming Commission in a dispute involving a claim for a prize.
