Community Association Management Departmental Forms

PURPOSE:

The proposed rulemaking amends Rule 61-35.020, F.A.C., to update existing application forms DBPR CAM 7 and CAM 9, to make clarifying edits within the application to correspond with existing requirements and to add additional subject areas for continuing education to comply with recent changes to s.468.4337, F.S., as a result of HB 1203.

SUMMARY:

Within the provided paragraph the Department proposes to amend Rule 61-35.020, F.A.C., to adopt the revised changes.
