Employee Leasing Companies Departmental Forms

PURPOSE:

The proposed rulemaking amends Rule 61-35.013, F.A.C., to update existing application form DBPR ELC 1, to provide endorsement as a method of licensure for Employee Leasing Companies Controlling Person, pursuant to s.455.2135, F.S., as a result of SB 1600.
