Athlete Agent Departmental Forms

PURPOSE:

The proposed rulemaking amends Rule 61-35.004, F.A.C., to update existing application form DBPR AA 4101, to provide endorsement as a method of licensure for Athlete Agents, pursuant to s.455.2135, F.S., as a result of SB 1600.

SUMMARY:

Within the provided paragraph the Department proposes to amend Rule 61-35.004, F.A.C., to adopt the revised changes.
