6A-4.008	Specialization Requirements for Certification in Administration of Adult Education - Administrative Class
6A-4.0282	Specialization Requirements for the Endorsement in Athletic Coaching - Academic Class

PURPOSE:

The purpose of this rule amendment is to align it with changes from the 2024 legislative session due to House Bill 865. The amendment is to revise the requirements for athletic coaches to now include certification in the use of an automatic external defibrillator and first aid. Currently athletic coaches are only required to have certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
