Services on Behalf of the Department by Appointed Tax Collector

PURPOSE:

The purpose of this rulemaking is to establish rules in accordance with Chapter 2024-137, L.O.F., adopting section 493.6127, F.S., relating to the appointment of Tax Collectors to accept applications for new license, renewals, replacement licenses and provide photo and fingerprint services, on behalf of the Department and in relation to licenses issued by the Division of Licensing.

SUBJECT:

New, renewal, replacement licenses and photo and fingerprint services by appointed tax collectors.
