	The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	November 12, 2024, 5:30 p.m. (EST)

Subject:	FDOT is conducting a Project Development and Environment (PD&E) study to evaluate the potential for addressing safety issues, improving the capacity, and providing continuous bicycle and pedestrian facilities to State Road (S.R.) 20/S.R. 366 (Pensacola Street) in Leon County. The project limits extend one mile from S.R. 263 (Capital Circle SW) to Appleyard Drive within the City of Tallahassee. Maps, drawings, and other information is available for review online beginning at 12 p.m. (EDT) Tuesday, October 15, 2024, at www.nwflroads.com/calendar and on-location from Tuesday, October 15, 2024, through Friday, November 22, 2024, at the Tallahassee State College Library, located at 444 Appleyard Drive, Tallahassee, FL, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Project materials will also be available at the in-person hearing. The materials may also be viewed by contacting the FDOT Project Manager. The deadline to submit official comments related to this hybrid public hearing is Friday, November 22, 2024. Pre-registration is required for the virtual format and encouraged for in-person attendees. The environmental review, consultation, and other actions required by applicable federal environmental laws for this project are being, or have been, carried out by FDOT pursuant to 23 U.S.C. § 327 and a Memorandum of Understanding dated May 26, 2022, and executed by the Federal Highway Administration and FDOT.
