Billing and Reimbursement for Expert Medical Advisor Services

PURPOSE:

Chapter 2024-241, Laws of Florida, amended section 440.13, F.S., to increase the witness fee of a health care provider giving a deposition to $300 per hour and the proposed rule amendment will reflect that change.
