Community Association Management Departmental Forms

PURPOSE:

The proposed rulemaking seeks to amend Existing Rule 61-35.020, F.A.C., to adopt a new application form that has not previously been adopted under this rule, to provide endorsement as a method of licensure for Community Association Managers and Firms, pursuant to s.455.2135, F.S., as a result of SB 1600.

SUBJECT:

The subject area to be addressed is the adoption of the new forms.
