Examination Requirements

PURPOSE:

The Board proposes the rule change to remove the option to apply by endorsement on the current application due to changes in the licensure by endorsement process created by SB 1600.

SUMMARY:

To update the Application for Massage Therapist License to remove references to Licensure by Endorsement.
