Investigating Suspected Violations, Preservation of Endangered, Commercially Exploited and/or Threatened Plants Involved, and Reporting Suspected Violations

PURPOSE:

The proposed rule is being developed to implement changes to s. 581.189, F.S., from the last legislative session and to eliminate an unnecessary incorporated form.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule will clarify procedures concerning the reporting of unlawfully harvested saw palmetto berries seized by law enforcement agencies and will remove an incorporated form.
