Building Code Administrators and Inspectors Departmental Forms

PURPOSE:

The proposed rulemaking amends Rule 61-35.008, F.A.C., to update existing application forms DBPR BCAIB 2 and BCAIB 4 to revise language to match the corresponding statute, DBPR BCAIB 7 to add Residential Inspector as a category for completion of an internship program pursuant to s.468.609, F.S. as a result of  HB 267, and to adopt new application forms DBPR 12 and DBPR 13 that have not previously been adopted under this rule.

SUMMARY:

Within the provided paragraph the Department proposes to amend Rule 61-35.008, F.A.C., to adopt the revised changes.
